Weekly or Bi-Weekly Phone Conversations or Zoom Calls

Access via email (or phone) for needed support to offset any immediate self-sabotaging actions

Month One

  • A 2 hour Conference Call to get you started:
  • Review your health history and habits to date relating to I. A.M. H.E.R.E.
  • Learn about toxicity and a healthy immune system
  • Discover Your “Aha!” Worksheets, homework and conversations
  • Creation of customized eating plan
  • 3 additional phone call/Zoom calls in the month:  30 – 60 minutes each.

Month Three

  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your “Aha!” inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update your eating plan progress
  • Review progress with your exercise program
  • Discuss future support: how you will successfully “go it alone” or continue with additional three months to solidify transitions and design plans for enhanced hydration, meditation, and sleep habits.

Month Two

  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your “Aha!” inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update your eating plan progress
  • Creation of customized exercise program to do at home

Plan creation schedule is due to change based on your priorities.
