  • A 2 hour Conference Call to get you started:

  • Learning about toxicity and a healthy immune system
  • Discover Your “Aha!” Worksheets and conversations
  • Creation of customized eating plan
  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes each

Month Three

  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your “Aha!” inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update your eating plan progress
  • Review progress with your exercise program
  • Creation of customized meditation plan

Month Five

  • One phone call/Zoom calls alternate weeks: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update eating plan progress
  • Review progress with your exercise program
  • Review progress with your meditation plan
  • Review progress with your hydration plan
  • Creation of a customized rest plan

Month Two

  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your “Aha!” inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update your eating plan progress
  • Creation of customized exercise program to do at home

Month Four

  • One phone call/Zoom call per week: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your “Aha!” inspiration effectiveness
  • Review and update eating plan progress
  • Review progress with your exercise program
  • Review progress with your meditation plan
  • Creation of a customized hydration plan

Month Six

  • One phone call/Zoom calls alternate weeks: 30–60 minutes
  • Review progress with your inspiration effectiveness
